Bonjour! Where to even start on my adventures during Paris Fashion Week…I enjoyed the week so much that over a month later, I am still daydreaming. This was my first trip in ten years without my mouse or husband. I took the opportunity to make it into a girls’ trip, which means proper time to get glowing! One of the most memorable parts was having more than 5 minutes to get ready and really taking advantage of the spa, lounging around in hotel robes and checking out the new facial hotspot, Maison Codage Paris. As a mum, it is so underrated to take time for yourself and make yourself feel beautiful. I indulged in the time I had and super thankful that I had this trip to remind me that self-care is crucial. We often forget that!

When I wasn’t lounging in my hotel robe, you’d likely find me in a wearing the most beautiful clothes from E L A London, a luxury boutique in Knightsbridge run by husband and wife duo Elena Antoniades and Ian Hart. The boutique houses a plethora of brands, including some of my favorite - Lara Heems and of course Elena Antoniades’ own designs. E L A London dressed me for my days in Paris, and I am forever grateful for the glamorous looks we chose together. From the moment you walk into the store it is like you have walked into your own personalised shopping experience surrounded by beautiful gowns, ready to wear fresh from the runways and glitzy jewels. This stunning lace blazer I wore to the Chanel show is even still available. Ladies - photos do not do this piece justice. If you’ve visitied, please share some of your favourite finds at this marvelous boutique in the comments and let me know which of my PFW looks is your favourite!

On the first day, we went to the Ingie Paris show, which was inspired by the late Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. The music was overwhelmingly powerful, I felt so inspired to be there. The trip was a transformative, positive experience, leaving me obsessed for weeks. Fashion is such a magnificent craft, it was so special to see it first hand and witness the craftsmanship and creativity before anyone else, and with my own eyes. The opportunity to be at Paris Fashion Week was breathtaking quite honestly, and I am counting down until I can do it all again. I feel many take the privilege for granted…I certainly didn’t, what an experience I’ll really remember and treasure.

XO Steph
